Everything went as planned. The only issue I had was as the service centre is difficult for me to get to and back without my car I had to wait for 2.5 hours. They used to offer a pick up and return for the car, which was great but is now not offered.

The service was completed with minimum human contact; self service check in, text message when complete. Only contact when making payment. No issues identified. Car was cleaned inside and out.

Right from the start, customer service or front desk was very helpful and also due to the fact that I had an appointment on the said day and had to reschedule, they were swiftly on it to look for a good date and day for my next appointment.

The Receptionist was good, the service of the car was fine, but a really easy oil change. The prices are too high. £25 credit for turning down a BMW carwash? I pay £10 frequently and it`s first class.

The communication was poor throughout the day. We weren't sure when the car was ready and had to call several times. It also turns out a month after the service we needed an MOT which we have arranged separately. The service should've captured this.

Discovered I have an oil leak and it wasn't there when I dropped it off. Now being told that it will be two days without a car and no chance of a courtesy car until two weeks time. Also car wasn't washed or cleaned.

I had a very bad experience with BMW Ruislip. There is no communication and proper handling. I had a the bad experience with a particular lady handling my case. I had to call them around 10 times to be able to get any updates.

Very difficupt to get hold of tge status of the vehicle. For a single MOT, it took 2.5 days and i had to repeatedly calling with no callback. I had to come to the centre to know the status.

Car not seen in 3 days and no call received - I wasn't aware of how long I'd be without it until day 8! Picked it up: not cleaned. Brake pad replacement warning flashed up only 4 days later which could have been done while it was with you

Booked online fo 1pm drop-off, to be told that I was to have dropped at 8am. Clarified. but told the same thing again an hour later and why car may not be ready that day. Clarified again. No follow-up despite promise. No apology at any point at all.

I will be taking my vehicle in for the 3rd time for the same issue. I am experiencing an error reported on the vehicle and app which hasn't been resolved. Each time I've let the service centre, I've been told the error will clear post 3 power cycle

The airbag check or replacement (I'm not sure which?) was completed and I appreciated the vehicle check report which showed everything else about my car was OK. I refreshing lack of upselling which is too common these days.
