Booked starter recall 8 days early. Dropped off 330e at 9:41 AM. Held all day with zero updates; told after 4 PM no work was done, forcing an unnecessary overnight stay. Work finished next day at 12 PM. Severe lack of planning and communication.

The car windscreen wasn't washed. There were wiper marks all over it. Secondly I made it very clear to 2 staff members that I didn't wish to be phoned about the survey. They assured me that I would receive a text or email yet they called twice!

Today I had a mechanic over to change the rear brake pads on SK66 RVU, an issue identified by BMW. I was shocked when the mechanic pointed out that despite the system being updated, the oil level was at a minimum and dirty, likewise with the coolant
